Litigation Attorney

Commercial Litigation Associate (1-4 Years) Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota Compensation: Competitive Base Salary Responsibilities Assist in all phases of commercial and business litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy memoranda. Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Manage document review and discovery processes. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts. Support trial preparation and courtroom proceedings. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Minnesota bar license and in good standing. 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial or business litigation. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and case management abilities. Desire to develop courtroom and client‑facing experience.
