We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Employment Specialist to run a full-cycle staffing desk. This role combines recruiting, sales, account management, and candidate care. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges, and making a real impact in the community. What You'll Do Prospect new businesses by phone, email, LinkedIn, and face-to-face visits Secure appointments with hiring managers and business leaders Learn about clients' hiring challenges and recommend staffing solutions Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for a wide variety of positions Match qualified candidates with opportunities that fit their skills and goals Build long-term relationships with both clients and associates Deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring process Why This Role Is Exciting Every day is different.
