Speech Language Pathologist

An experienced Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide direct, in-person support to learners across both public and non-public settings. Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current state SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility) Previous experience working within school settings preferred Knowledge of IEP processes and strong documentation abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication needs Provide engaging, direct therapy interventions to support students' academic and social success Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to implement IEPs and monitor student progress Maintain timely, organized records in accordance with school and state guidelines Consult with colleagues regarding students language development and classroom strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making What to Expect: This role provides the chance to work in vibrant school communities where every day brings new opportunities to impact young lives.
