Senior Real Estate Property Accountant - Close & Reporting

Brilliant is seeking a Senior Property Accountant in Chicago to own the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of property assets. You will partner with property managers, asset management, and ownership to ensure accurate financial information. This role covers multiple asset types (commercial, multifamily, industrial) and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize reporting and processes.
