Review and approve development plans, ensuring they align with project goals and comply with all relevant regulations and standards. Oversee project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary to maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government officials, to facilitate smooth project progress. Monitor project performance, providing regular reports to senior management on project status, issues, and outcomes. Ensure all project activities adhere to health and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety within the project team. Continually enhance knowledge of land use and zoning regulations, entitlement processes, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in land and residential development project management, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry. Proven track record of delivering safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. In-depth knowledge of land use and zoning regulations, entitlement processes, and civil development principles. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
