Application System Analyst Jr

SGS Consulting

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support and maintenance for enterprise applications, databases, and vendor products.
Review and troubleshoot code syntax in C#, Java, .NET, and SQL/Oracle scripts.
Execute routine and ad-hoc tasks, including Oracle patching, data archival, and system updates.
Support outage management systems (OMS) and assist in handling outages and related data processes.
Generate and respond to web report inquiries and other system-related requests.
Coach team members and end users on ongoing system processes and best practices.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve product issues and ensure application functionality.
Maintain accurate documentation for system support, maintenance, and code changes.

Skills:

SQL and Oracle database management.
C#, Java, .NET, and PowerShell scripting.
Oracle patching and system maintenance.
Troubleshooting and code review.
Outage management systems (OMS) support.
Vendor product support and collaboration.
Web report generation and inquiry resolution.

Education/Experience:

Bachelors.
