This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts and components. The position requires strong knowledge of Mazatrol and Fanuc controls, technical expertise in machining processes, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to fabricate precision parts according to specificationsOptimize machining processes using Mazatrol programming and Fanuc controlsPerform regular quality checks with bore gauges and other precision measuring instrumentsInterpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD modelsCollaborate with engineering teams to review and implement design modifications using SolidWorksConduct troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor repairs to maintain machine performanceSupport plastics injection molding processes when requiredPerform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability of equipmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all safety proceduresQualifications:Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer, CNC Machinist, or related roleProficiency in operating CNC lathes, milling machines, and EDM equipmentHands-on experience with Mazatrol programming and Fanuc controlsStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsFamiliarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for design interpretationSkilled in using precision measuring tools such as bore gauges, calipers, and micrometersExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentDesired Qualifications:Advanced expertise in Mazatrol programming and multi-axis machiningExperience with plastics machining or injection molding processesKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesStrong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skillsPrior experience in a high-volume precision manufacturing environmentPackage Details:Bonus401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceOr refer someone
