Contracts & Procurement Specialist

Thanks for your interest in Oklo! We are searching for a Contracts & Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team. Position Description The Contracts & Procurement Specialist is responsible for supporting commercial contracting and procurement execution across Oklo’s engineering, manufacturing, construction, operations, and corporate functions.

This role performs the full lifecycle of procurement and contracting activities, including supplier engagement, sourcing support, commercial negotiations, contract drafting and administration, purchase order management, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Quality, Construction, and Program Management teams. The Contracts & Procurement Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring Oklo’s teams can efficiently engage suppliers, execute contracts, procure goods and services, and maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements as the company scales toward fleet deployment. This position reports to the Senior Procurement Manager and may be based in Santa Clara, CA or remotely within the United States.
