B2B Sales Agent — Specialty Packing, Crating & Shipping Navis Pack & Ship — Lake Forest, CA Full-time | Base + Commission | On-site About Us Navis Pack & Ship is a specialty packing, crating, and shipping company serving Orange County. We handle the items other carriers won't touch — fine art, antiques, medical and laboratory equipment, industrial machinery, high-value furniture, and irreplaceable household goods. Every job is custom: we build the protection around the piece, then move it door to door, domestically and internationally. We are a growing, owner-operated business. The person in this role will have direct access to ownership, real influence over how we sell, and no layers of bureaucracy between effort and result. The Role We are looking for a proven B2B sales professional to build and own our commercial account base in Orange County. This is a hunter role. You will be identifying, prospecting, and closing recurring business accounts — not waiting on inbound leads. Your targets are the businesses that generate specialty shipping volume month after month: Art galleries, dealers, and artists Auction houses and estate liquidators Interior designers and furniture showrooms Medical, dental, and TradeShow clients Laboratories and research facilities Manufacturers and industrial equipment dealers Property managers, relocation firms, and corporate facilities teams The goal is not one-off transactions. It is becoming the shipping partner these businesses call every time. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new B2B accounts through cold calling, in-person visits, email outreach, and networking Conduct on-site consultations, assess customer needs, and prepare accurate quotes Build and manage a pipeline from first contact through close Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring repeat business Represent Navis at local trade shows, association meetings, and industry events Work directly with our operations team so what you sell is what gets delivered Track activity, quotes, and closes in our CRM Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets What We’re Looking For: Required: 3+ years of proven B2B outside sales experience with a documented record of hitting quota Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads — you are comfortable with cold outreach and do not need a lead list handed to you Strong consultative selling skills; able to ask the right questions and build a solution rather than quote a price Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record Proficiency with CRM software and standard business applications Professional presence — you will be in front of gallery owners, practice managers, and facility directors Preferred: Experience selling in logistics, freight, moving, packaging, or a related service industry Existing relationships within the Orange County business community Familiarity with LTL freight, white glove delivery, or specialty transportation Compensation Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience Uncapped commission on new and recurring business Paid time off Realistic first-year earnings: $75,000 – $110,000+ depending on performance Why Navis: You are selling a service that is genuinely differentiated. When someone has a $40,000 sculpture or a piece of lab equipment that cannot be replaced, price is not the deciding factor — capability and trust are. That makes for a very different sales conversation than commodity freight. You will also see the work.
