Job Details:

• Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours per week with dedicated time for professional growth
• Lab and imaging services available nearby for convenience and comprehensive care
• Empanel patients quickly and become an integral part of the healthcare team
• Join an after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led environment
• Lead and contribute to the development of patient care strategies
• Work in a dynamic environment that pushes the boundaries of healthcare innovation
• Help foster commitment to making healthcare better and more accessible in the region
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required (must finish residency)
• Active Colorado license or willingness to obtain required
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• DEA required prior to start
• Visa candidates (J1 or H1B) are not eligible for this position
• Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates
