Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Practice Group Manager.**Position Summary**Greenberg Traurig currently has an employment opportunity for an administrative role of Case Coordinator in the Immigration Practice Group. We are a highly collaborative group. Our attorneys, paralegals, and staff work closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.**Key Responsibilities*** Updates information and upload documents into an immigration case management system* Assists attorneys or paralegals with case initiation* Maintains, updates and organizes client files, assist in drafting immigrant and non-immigrant visas* Updates and maintains reports assigned, monitors immigration expiration dates* Manages caseload, and processing and distributing of essential documents* Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences* Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned**Qualifications***Skills & Competencies** High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively* Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasks* Candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision* Strong problem-solving skills, takes initiative and uses good judgment, excellent follow-up skills* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation*Education & Prior Experience** Bachelor’s Degree preferred* Minimum of 1 year of experience desired, customer service experience a plus*Technology** Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook* Demonstrates a basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), including core capabilities, limitations, and importance of data privacy, accuracy, verification, and ethical considerations within a professional services environment* Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools) and incorporate them responsibly into day-to-day workflows to enhance daily work tasks as appropriate and/or directed* Proactive approach to learning and adapting to emerging AI and related technologies and contributes to a culture of innovationGT is an EEO employer with an inclusive workplace committed to merit-based consideration and review without regard to an individual’s race, sex, or other protected characteristics and to the principles of non-discrimination on any protected basis.
