Assistant Manager Opportunity at Sport Clips Caledonia! Sport Clips of Caledonia is hiring a motivated Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser , a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a strong track record of success.

What the Role Entails

Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations and leadership
Coach and develop stylists to deliver top performance
Drive outstanding client experiences and retail sales
Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
Uphold high standards for store cleanliness and presentation
Help expand our client base in the Caledonia area

Requirements

Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
Active Michigan Cosmetology license required
Energetic, positive attitude with excellent people skills
Motivated by goals and team success
Availability for evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions
Performance bonuses paid every pay period
Higher tips than other chain salons nearby
Total earning potential up to $75,000 per year
