Enterprise Solutions (Lead II)

Responsibilities: Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation. Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest code improvements. Act as the single point of contact for build and deployment issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice activities, including assembling content for case studies, contributing to reusability, coordinating internal seminars, and organizing hackathons. Select appropriate technical options for development, such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components. Identify problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system. Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality. Learn and implement new features in relevant technology where possible. Develop applications creatively, select appropriate technical options, and optimize application development, maintenance, and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions. Interpret the application/feature/component design to develop in accordance with specifications. Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages. Validate results with user representatives, integrate, and commission the overall solution. Influence and improve customer satisfaction through code refactoring suggestions and improvements in business processes. Set goals in NorthStar and measure progress accordingly. Requirements: Understand requirements/user stories and estimate effort and size for projects. Contribute to the creation of design (HLD, LLD, SAD)/architecture for applications/features/business components. Define coding standards, templates, and checklists; perform code review of team members. Create and review unit test cases, scenarios, and execution; review test plans created by the testing team. Perform defect RCA and mitigation; identify defect trends and take proactive measures to improve quality. Manage delivery of modules and/or manage user stories. Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development. Report status of tasks assigned and comply with project-related reporting standards and processes. Contribute project-related documents to shared libraries and review reusable documents created by the team. Execute and monitor the release process. Clarify requirements and provide guidance to the development team; present design options to customers. Advise software developers on design and development of features/components with a deeper understanding of the business problem being addressed for the company. Learn more about the customer domain and identify opportunities to provide value additions to customers. Set goals and provide feedback; understand aspirations of team members and provide guidance and opportunities. Preferred Skills: Explain and communicate the design/development to the customer. Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications. Break down complex problems into logical components. Estimate effort, time, and resources required for developing/debugging features/components. Manage a team, mentor, and handle people-related issues in a team. Create and articulate impactful technical presentations. Drive conference calls with customers and answer customer questions. Ability to work under pressure, determine dependencies, risks, facilitate planning, and handle multiple tasks. Build confidence with customers by meeting deliverables on time with quality. Functional and technical designing on various ERP/CRM cloud platform features and automations. Thorough knowledge of coding best practices and understanding the limitations of coding. Experience using data loading tools and solving deployment errors. Knowledge of Agile Methods - Scrum and Kanban.
