Due to recent, as well as projected growth, we are seeking a motivated, outgoing CSR/Sales Specialist to assist our growing sales team. Compensation will include hourly base range provided in addition to commission.As A Sales Support Specialist You Will:Coordinate entire order process from time of order through delivery and shippingWorks closely with HosePower field representatives and customers in communicating product availabilityMaintains appropriate freight costs by determining the most efficient carrier routingMinimize impact of customer service complaints and claims by reacting quickly and efficiently to resolve problem issuesUnderstanding and interpreting product requirements and providing information to customersAssess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends;Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing product information and explanations; preparing quotationsFills orders and communicates expected delivery dateChecking customers buying history; suggesting related and new items and explaining featuresAnswer phones and inquiresThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience in an industrial sales setting preferredExcellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills requiredBasic computer skills and ability to learn various computer systems, Microsoft suite experienceEffective verbal and written communication skillsAble to handle multiple tasks and respond to customers quickly and efficientlyMathematical computation skillsIdeal candidate must be a team player, goal-oriented and self-motivated #J-18808-Ljbffr
