AVP, Analytics - Health & Wellness Sales

Lead performance measurement and support for four B2B sales teams, including goal setting, KPI definitions, and executive dashboards Partner with Sales Enablement team, sales leaders and others, to design, implement, and measure outcomes of data‑driven selling solutions and field initiatives Perform deep‑dive analyses, and create executive‑ready materials that communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences Own the provider performance data mart and reporting layer (e.g., datasets, feeds, metric definitions, views) Drive operational efficiency and standard processes for analytics delivery Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional analytics experience with demonstrated business impact 3+ years of hands‑on programming/data mining using SAS and SQL (building datasets, not only querying) Experience supporting commercial stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, credit risk, client teams) Strong executive communication skills (ability to influence decisions using data, and present to senior leaders) Experience working with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in performance measurement and analytics, with a strong focus on data‑driven decision‑making and effective communication of insights to diverse audiences.
