Senior Client Success Manager

Serve as the strategic advisor and senior point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients Own client outcomes, success plans, and quality of delivery while Solutions handles day-to-day execution Lead executive engagement, including C-suite relationships and executive business reviews Develop and maintain forward-looking strategic roadmaps aligned with client priorities, martech strategy, and Cordial’s AI capabilities Own renewals, upsells, expansions, forecasting, opportunity identification, negotiations, and contract execution Advise clients on AI applications in marketing technology, including predictive personalization, send-time optimization, generative content, and intelligent segmentation Lead escalations by coordinating with Solutions, Product, and Engineering through resolution Monitor client health, competitive threats, and portfolio risks Represent Client Success cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing Visit a client in New York City approximately twice per week Requirements 7+ years in an enterprise client-facing role at a SaaS company Strong preference for experience in email, SMS, or digital marketing technology A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience operating in a solutions-led or delivery-led model where you owned strategy and outcomes while a technical team owned execution Full commercial ownership experience, including renewals, upsells, forecasts, and net revenue retention Track record of building and maintaining VP and C-suite relationships within enterprise accounts Ability to engage meaningfully with client data architecture and martech stack Curiosity about AI and its application in marketing technology Comfort using AI tools in workflow Excellent communication skills across audiences Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales Strong organizational skills Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving, high-autonomy environments No visa sponsorship, visa transfers, immigration support, or employment-related immigration documentation for new hires Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing enterprise client relationships, driving strategic outcomes, and leveraging AI applications in marketing technology.
