Tool Trailer Coordinator

Role Overview As a Tool Trailer Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of an on-site tool trailer and tool rooms. Responsibilities Issuing tools to customers and inspecting returns. Performing visual safety inspections of all tooling. Properly maintaining fleet and consumable levels with the operation. Utilizing and creating reporting mechanisms as needed. Acting as the primary contact for customers. Marking/entering tools in the Total Control system. Assisting in mobilization and setup of the trailer at the customer’s site. Maintaining a clean and presentable trailer. Providing regular communication with customers to maintain sufficient supply of tool quantities in conjunction with the manager. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma. Three months or more of inside sales or onsite plant/construction experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Knowledge of tools and tool application. Self‑sufficient and team player. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills. Desire to acquire industrial facility credentials is desirable.
