Performance Analyst

Job Description:Salary: $48-50,000/yearThis position serves Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden and Jefferson Counties and requires some travel.Do you have a passion for making a difference in someone’s life? We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.Scope of Position: Support and improve program operations, data capture, customer flow and report writing and generating capabilities. Oversee performance numbers for each program’s prescribed performance goals provided by CareerSource Capital Region.Essential Functions:Work with staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effectiveTrain and support Quality Control Coordinator and ensure cross training is completedDevelop, implement, and oversee the maintenance of filing, record keeping, distribution of materials and other types of office/program systemsEvaluate and standardize office procedures and effectively troubleshoot and resolve issuesRespond in a timely manner to requests from the CSCR on issues related to billing and performance trackingProvide regular status reports and other requested data for the Manager and EDSI administrative staffPresent data and reports to leadership in a clear and effective manner, using graphs, tables, and other methodsEnsure data entered on the required systems is current, accurate, and timelyRetrieve and organize critical operations reportsCreate customer lists to support teams in focusing their effortsBased on analysis, determine where improvements can be made to Center operationsAssist with staffing logisticsImplement and adhere to the Quality Assurance SystemProvide research and support for critical team decisionsTrack, report, and ensure compliance with procedures and ISO auditingOther opportunities as availableEducation and Experience Requirements:Data analysis experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience with invoicing and billingRegional travel is requiredProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsFlorida Workforce Professional Certification Tier I required (must be completed within 30 days of employment)Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related area preferredBring your expertise to EDSI and live our values every day: Show Up, Smile and Support!EDSI is a progressive, forward-thinking, family-owned company that is Certified Evergreen.EDSI is an equal opportunity employer.
