A well-established, family-owned manufacturer (~500 employees, ~$100M annual revenue) is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop a team of CSRs!

???? Schaumburg, IL

???? On-site Monday-Friday

???? Base Salary: Up to ~$100K

???? Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (fully onsite)

???? Team Size: Managing 810 customer service reps

What youll be doing:

???? Leading, coaching, and developing a customer service team

???? Driving customer satisfaction, order management, and issue resolution

???? Partnering closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Operations

???? Improving processes, systems, and overall customer experience

???? Supporting major customers and distributors while helping solve complex business challenges
