Christian Academy Teacher
Victory Christian Academy
We are seeking qualified, committed, and passionate teachers who desire to educate students in a structured, supportive, and Christ-centered academic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective classroom instruction
- Implement the Abeka curriculum
- Maintain an orderly and academically focused classroom
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records
- Communicate professionally with parents and administrators
- Support students academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually
- Participate in meetings, school activities, and professional development
- Maintain classroom discipline and student supervision
- Support the Christian mission of Victory Christian Academy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- Teaching, tutoring, ministry, or classroom experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective classroom-management skills
- Ability to complete required background checks
- Familiarity with Abeka is helpful
- Commitment to Christian education
- Dependability, professionalism, and integrity
Schedule : 8:00am - 4:30pm
