Hospitality Interior Designer

Join an established in-house hospitality design studio that is playing a key role in the evolution of a luxury hotel portfolio across North America. Key Responsibilities Support and lead interior design efforts for hotel renovation projects, including guestrooms, public spaces, restaurants, bars, meeting spaces, spas, retail environments, and other guest-focused areas. Develop design concepts, finish palettes, FF&E selections, presentations, renderings, specifications, and construction documentation throughout all project phases. Partner with senior designers, consultants, project managers, purchasing teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Review shop drawings, finish submittals, FF&E packages, and construction-related documentation to maintain design quality and consistency. Conduct site visits, field surveys, installations, punch walks, and project meetings while contributing to a highly collaborative design studio environment. Skills & Experience 3-8 years of interior design experience, preferably within hospitality, luxury commercial, hotel, or high-end multifamily environments. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program. Strong FF&E expertise with a refined design aesthetic and the ability to create thoughtful, guest-centered hospitality experiences. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and design documentation production; experience with elevations, floor plans, and specifications preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
