Receptionist - Now Hiring

Your Responsibilities:

- Professionally manage, screen and direct inbound calls to the appropriate personnel or department efficiently.
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and vendors, managing sign-in/sign-out procedures and issuing temporary badges.
- Assist with simple calendar management, scheduling conference rooms and managing meeting flow.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front reception area at all times.

work hours: 07:30 AM - 07:00 PM
