As our Guest Experience Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action—leading our host and expo team while ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. What You’ll Do As the GEM, your primary focus is leading and developing our support staff team (hosts and expos) while actively managing the restaurant floor. You'll: Lead hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling for hosts and expos Run the restaurant floor and ensure seamless service Spend the majority of your time interacting with guests and regulars Foster a fun, high‑energy, guest‑focused atmosphere Partner with leadership to drive team development and performance Maintain exceptional standards for hospitality, service, and ambiance Schedules include days, nights, and weekends , giving you the opportunity to connect with a wide variety of guests and create standout experiences at all times.
