Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a top-performing Internet Sales Team. Monitor and manage all incoming internet leads and phone inquiries. Ensure timely and consistent follow-up on unsold leads. Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates. Establish monthly and annual sales forecasts, gross profit objectives, and departmental goals. Review lead performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results. Monitor and respond to leads generated through dealership websites and third-party platforms. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper lead management processes are followed. Determine customer needs through effective communication and consultative selling techniques. Conduct and participate in sales meetings focused on lead management, customer engagement, and sales performance. Collaborate with management to improve customer experience and increase market share. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. Strong understanding of internet sales processes and lead management. Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, internet tools, and digital communication platforms. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as business needs require. Preferred Qualifications Previous Internet Sales experience in automotive, RV, powersports, or related retail industries. Prior management or team leadership experience. Experience with digital marketing, online advertising, and website management. College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
