Working alongside experienced Lead Teachers, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children learn through play, build friendships, and develop important early skills. What You’ll Do Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom routines and learning activities Engage children through play, art, music, sensory activities, and hands-on learning Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions Provide attentive supervision and positive guidance Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Build positive relationships with children and families Collaborate with teaching teams and center leadership Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus Patient, dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements What We Offer $16–$18 per hour Consistent Monday–Friday schedule Paid training and professional development Employee childcare discount Supportive leadership and teaching team Opportunities to advance into Lead Teacher positions #J-18808-Ljbffr The Learning Experience Corp.
