• Research and identify available healthcare options for members using the care navigation platform

• Coordinate services such as imaging (MRI, CT, ultrasound), physical therapy, surgeries, and other medical services

• Communicate with healthcare providers via outbound calls, email, and fax to confirm availability, services, and requirements

• Review medical documentation and fax clinical notes or paperwork when required

• Work with out‑of‑network providers to pursue single case agreements when in‑network options are unavailable

• Provide accurate benefit information to members by researching plan details within internal systems

• Communicate professionally with members via phone and email on a daily basis

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow‑through

• Work independently after training, seeking guidance when needed

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
