Salary: $140,000-$180,000
- Sign-on bonus or supplemental pay available!
Quality Director Opportunity:
- Quality Director will lead hospital-wide Quality Management, Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Risk Management initiatives
- Oversees compliance initiatives, survey readiness, and corrective action planning to ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal requirements
- Partners with executive leadership, medical staff, and department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions
- Quality Director emphasizes quality and compliance to promote quality patient care; fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence
Quality Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional healthcare experience in an acute care setting, with experience in Performance Improvement and regulatory surveys
- Previous Quality Director roles are a plus!
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) designation within one year of hire
