We’re looking for a proactive, experienced Contracts & Legal Operations Manager who will lead our Contract Administration Team, manage complex contract workflows, and build the processes and tools that support our expanding portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Real Estate & Legal Operations, you’ll strengthen contract lifecycle management, standardize practices that support risk mitigation, and improve efficiency through technology and team development.

Your Impact

• Lead the contract lifecycle, overseeing intake, drafting and review coordination, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and record retention.
• Manage and develop the Contract Administration Team, setting priorities, balancing workloads, and building technical expertise, accountability, and consistent service.
• Create and standardize processes that eliminate bottlenecks, strengthen document controls, and improve contract turnaround times and accuracy.
• Partner with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders to address complex contract matters, support risk mitigation, and coordinate acquisition integration and operational initiatives.
• Advance technology and performance measurement, improving contract systems, evaluating approved automation and AI tools, and tracking metrics that guide ongoing improvements.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience in legal operations, contract management, corporate paralegal work, or a related field, including substantial experience handling complex contracts.
• 4–5+ years of direct people management experience, with demonstrated success coaching employees, managing workloads, and strengthening team performance.
• A proven track record of creating processes and improving efficiency, supported by strong knowledge of contract terms, approval workflows, document controls, and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong judgment, communication, and ownership, with the ability to lead independently, manage competing priorities, protect confidential information, and engage Legal Counsel appropriately.
• Experience with contract technology and document management tools; familiarity with AI, automation, real estate, hospitality, vacation ownership, or acquisition integration is a plus. A relevant degree, paralegal certificate, or contract management certification is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
