About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the delivery excellence of its retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic change, ensuring price competitiveness, and retail contract profitability. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in the energy industry, particularly in market and retail operations, and a strong background in transformational business and platform change. The VP Operations will own the customer lifecycle, from sales support to industry-leading customer care, and will be instrumental in the company's growth and expansion plans. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include owning functional areas such as sales support, billing, collections, and customer care, as well as leading the pricing and structuring of retail contracts.
