The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing General Managers across multiple locations, establishing and maintaining operational standards, and driving improvements in productivity, service, and profitability. This role requires a hands-on, visible leadership style with a strong customer focus, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment. The VP of Operations will also be instrumental in supporting acquisition integration, new facility expansion, and scaling the organization to meet the demands of significant growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a background in multi-location distribution or building products, with a preference for those with experience in homebuilding or related industries.
