Product Marketing Manager

Location: New York City, NY (In-Office, 5 Days/Week) The Opportunity The company is a hyper-growth, category-defining B2B AI platform that is rewriting how enterprise brands interact with modern discovery engines and intelligent agent ecosystems. Having scaled from early-stage stealth to a top-decile market leader serving major Fortune 500 enterprises and hyper-growth tech scale-ups, we are expanding the Product Marketing team in NYC. This PMM role will anchor Product Activation, Customer Enablement, and Post-Launch Adoption motions. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will own the story of "what’s new and why it matters" for the rapidly expanding customer base. What You’ll Own Product Knowledge & Customer Narrative: Translate complex technical capabilities (APIs, data infrastructure, machine learning behaviors) into crisp, customer-facing positioning across the post-sale journey. Customer Success Enablement: Build high-impact materials that CSMs and Account Managers rely on—onboarding guides, QBR narrative frameworks, release toolkits, and feature adoption playbooks. Launches & Release Communications: Own the end-to-end activation loop for new product capabilities. Manage weekly changelogs, in-app adoption messaging, release webinars, and customer education campaigns. Customer Evidence & Social Proof: Partner with post-sale teams to turn customer wins, deployment metrics, and ROI case studies into top-of-funnel proof points. Field Feedback Loop: Serve as the strategic bridge between Customer Success and Product/Engineering, surfacing user friction points and feature requests to shape the roadmap. Who You Are Proven PMM Track Record: 3 to 6 years of dedicated experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Technical Enablement within a high-growth B2B SaaS or scale-up environment. Post-Sale Center of Gravity: You have a track record of partnering closely with Customer Success, Account Management, or Lifecycle teams to drive product adoption, retention, and account expansion. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable getting under the hood with product and engineering teams. You can digest technical concepts (APIs, workflow automation, modern data stacks) and translate them into simple, compelling narratives. High Output & Executive Polish: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You possess the gravitas to present to executives, combined with a low-ego, hands-on approach to crafting top-notch deliverables.
