Position: Pre-Hearing Case Manager/Legal Assistant Location: Roseville, CA Job Id: 2788 # of Openings: 4 About the Role This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. You will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the Social Security Disability process, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email. Assist attorneys with pre-hearing case preparation. Communicate regularly with Social Security offices. Guide clients through paperwork and documentation requirements. Maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Develop a strong understanding of Social Security Disability procedures and related medical issues. Utilize legal management software effectively. Perform administrative tasks as needed. Uphold the highest level of professionalism in all interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional demeanor and reliability. High school diploma required. Comfortable with prolonged desk work and computer use. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally. Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required.
