Job Details\n \n Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry \n Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN) \n Location: Cleveland area, OH 44125 \n Start Date: 10/23/2026 \n Contract Length: 13 weeks \n Shift: 12-hour days \n Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM \n Hours Per Week: 36 \n Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 \n Orientation: 16 hours \n Unit Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry \n Job Requirements\n \n At least 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing \n Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state RN license in hand at time of submission \n Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications \n Willingness to obtain NIHSS prior to start \n One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in the specialty \n Must be able to pass ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate during orientation \n Compliance requirements must be completed as outlined prior to start \n Open cases, license hits, and incomplete requirements are not accepted \n Responsibilities\n \n Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients \n Monitor telemetry, assess cardiac rhythms, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition \n Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with best practices \n Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery and discharge planning \n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit standards \n Participate in orientation, competency testing, and required education modules \n Deliver patient-focused care while helping maintain a calm, efficient, and team-oriented unit environment \n \n Apply now for this Cleveland, OH travel RN opportunity and join a collaborative healthcare team today.
