The primary goal of this role is to provide information in a timely and efficient manner.Starting pay range for the role is $22.61-$29.05/hour\\*Based on years of Dispatcher experience\\*We have 1 full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm**Qualifications for the Dispatcher:*** High School Diploma or GED* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required* Positive customer relations skills, including good decision-making and problem-solving skills* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing* Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with employees and the general public* Knowledge of or ability to learn the Denver Metro area and other transportation providers as potential referrals* Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices and procedures* Ability to work independently* Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time* Ability to multitask* Competent computer skills* This is a Safety Sensitive roleKeywords: Call Center, customer service representative, scheduler, dispatch specialist, operations coordinator, transportation coordinator**Competitive Benefits:*** Paid Training!
