What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (2–3 year degree required)
Strong communication and people skills
Fast learner with a self-starter mindset
Full-time availability (Monday–Friday schedule)
Must have a reliable car
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
What You’ll Do:
Engage with local businesses to present T-Mobile products and services
Build relationships, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions
Track performance and achieve weekly sales goals
Work closely with your team and managers to sharpen your skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly commission (uncapped earning potential)
