Accounting Clerk

Job Description

We’re looking for an Inventory Accounting Specialist to join a team in Doral on a temporary assignment with an immediate start.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, investigating discrepancies, and making sure inventory records tie out accurately.

\n

\n

What you’ll be doing:

\n

\n
• Review, validate, and post inventory adjustment transactions
\n
• Analyze and reconcile inventory and cycle count results
\n
• Research inventory variances and discrepancies
\n
• Perform inventory and vendor reconciliations
\n
• Work closely with the Inventory Supervisor to resolve discrepancies
\n
• Process and analyze a high volume of numerical data
\n

What we’re looking for:

\n

\n
• Inventory accounting or reconciliation experience
\n
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance OR 2+ years of equivalent experience
\n
