Founding Sales Lead — Industrial Robotics (Scale to 1,000)

Reflex Robotics, Inc.

Reflex Robotics is building AI-powered humanoid robots for heavy-duty factory and warehouse tasks. We are looking for a founding sales hire who can operate like an entrepreneur, drive early deployments, and scale to 1,000 robots in the field. You will own the sales process from discovery to closing, navigate complex organizations, and partner with engineers to align deployments with customer needs.
