Core responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Checking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, ht, wt) Administering vaccines to infants, children and adults Assisting with hearing, dental and vision exams Accurately documenting in the facility's EMR Employee will report directly under supervision of a registered nurse and County Nurse Manager.

All East Central Health District 6 employees are deemed essential workers in the event of an emergency. As such, you may be called on to participate in an event including but not limited to: staffing a shelter, working at a Specimen Point of Collection Site (SPOC) and/or working at a Point of Dispensing site (POD). If you are called on to participate, you are required to report to the designated site as a condition of employment, whether the emergency occurs during or outside regular work hours.

High School Diploma/GED Graduate of an accredited LPN program with passage of NCLEX-PN exam At least 1 year experience as a LPN Preferred qualification: Public Health experience Experience in an outpatient/ambulatory care High volume setting
