Senior Treasury Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to own daily cash management and liquidity operations for Mission Lane's Treasury function, reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager. As Mission Lane's Treasury function takes on more scope, you'll help make sure that credit stays a tool people can count on to keep moving forward. As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will: Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts, and execute and track wire transfers and ACH payments to ensure timely, accurate settlement Refine and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts Own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies Support the Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and partner with Accounting, FP&A, and Capital Markets to keep reporting accurate Support internal controls and audit requests tied to Treasury activities, and help ensure compliance with debt covenants, investor requirements, and corporate policy You'll thrive in this role if: You spot a gap (an undocumented process, a report that takes too long, a better way to reconcile) and go fix it instead of waiting to be asked. You move fast on unfamiliar territory and treat complexity as a puzzle worth solving quickly. You've used AI tools like Claude to build small tools or automate parts of your own workflow, and want to keep doing more of that. You want to help build something from scratch: designing and standing up treasury processes as the function matures and takes on more scope. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable analytical role within financial services or fintech Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with foundational knowledge of (or a strong desire to develop proficiency in) SQL and Python Strong foundational understanding of corporate cash management, treasury operations, interest rate risk, and core financial principles Proven ability to operate independently, resolve complex issues within your specialization, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical, cross-functional teams Remote with the ability to travel approximately up to four times a year for high-quality in-person collaboration Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and process automation tools (for example, pycharm, visual studio, postman, etc) Experience using AI to streamline and automate business processes (Claude) Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the fintech industry (for example, SOX, GAAP) At Mission Lane, we’re looking for people who have the courage to take on new challenges. Compensation: USD Target starting base salary range for the Senior Treasury Analyst is $82,000-$97,000 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program and equity are available for this role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
