This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a technical expert, driving process discipline and analytical rigor within a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate is highly quantitative, possesses expert-level financial modeling skills, and excels at navigating complex data to provide actionable insights. As a high-visibility individual contributor, you will collaborate across the organization to solve sophisticated financial challenges.What You’ll Be Working On:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source and analyze complex data sets, building the liquidity forecasts that enable prioritization of strategic initiativesContribute to the proactive build-out of banking and investment systems required to facilitate the successful execution of multi-billion-dollar projectsDevelop, maintain, and report on lender debt covenant compliance requirementsMonitor and refine procedures to ensure robust internal controls are in place to safeguard company assetsProvide analytical support for strategic initiatives across the organization, ensuring capital is deployed efficiently and effectivelySupport the company’s investment strategy by conducting fund research and monitoring of the policy framework to optimize risk-adjusted returns across duration, credit, and liquidity parametersCreate and update reporting packages and ad-hoc analyses for the management team using Excel and PowerPointSupport the Treasury cash management team with cash management activities and projects, ensuring optimal positioning of global cash balances and the seamless execution of high-value transactionsKey internal contacts: Finance, Tax, Legal, Accounting, AP, Business Development, Digital Infrastructure Development Team, and Senior / Executive ManagementWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:3+ years’ experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldHighly advanced quantitative and analytical skillsExceptional Excel modeling skills, with the ability to create detailed and complex financial models from scratch for a variety of purposesStrong command of financial theory (economics, capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, company valuations, etc.) and its practical applicationsDetail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reportingExperience in debt capital markets, strategic finance, investment management, and interest rate derivative / hedging activitiesWorking knowledge of foreign exchange markets and hedging mechanicsTrack record of successfully driving complex workstreams and delivering results through collaboration with various stakeholdersStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into manageable recommendationsSelf-starter who can multitask and deliver in a dynamic environment under tight timelines, iterative fact-sets, and changing priorities; must be “hands-on"Positive attitude and a solutions-focused approachBonus Points:CFA Charterholder, or progress towardMBA, Master of Finance, or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Bloomberg modeling tools and API syntaxBenefits:Competitive compensation and equity packagesRestricted Stock UnitsPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programsComprehensive health, dental & vision insuranceEmployer contributions to HSA accountPaid parental leavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityProfessional development & tuition reimbursementMental health & wellness supportCommuter benefits (parking & transit)Cell phone stipend401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salaryVolunteer time offGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistanceDaily meals allowanceAdditional perks & programs specific to locationCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $90,000 -$110,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
