Insurance Sales Leader

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

In this full-cycle sales role, you will manage the entire customer journey from initial contact to policy closing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers, offering a warm and professional welcome.
• Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's specific insurance requirements.
• Leveraging your deep product knowledge to present and explain various insurance policies, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health options.
• Guiding customers through the application and underwriting process.
• Finalizing sales and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new policyholders.
• Actively prospecting and seeking opportunities to expand your customer base and grow sales.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve collective sales goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Health Insurance license , or willingness to obtain the required license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 or older.
• Access to a mobile device.
• Reliable transportation to attend to business needs.
• A strong aptitude for learning and retaining detailed product information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivation and the drive to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• A team-oriented mindset, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Depending on your performance and motivation, pay ranges from $40,000 to $370,000 annually. Your dedication and sales success will directly impact your income.
