Clinicians can determine their caseload, ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, ensuring flexibility to meet their personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the DSM in collaboration with licensed supervisors, including psychiatrists and psychologists.

• Provide a variety of psychotherapeutic services, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention and short-term therapy aimed at resolving acute mental health issues.
\n
• Utilize telehealth platforms for delivering services efficiently while maintaining high standards of care.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop, review, and update treatment plans based on client progress.

• Document clinical interactions meticulously, preparing reports and related correspondence as necessary, while adhering to state and federal guidelines.

• Assess and coordinate the appropriate level of care for clients, ensuring effective follow-up and continuity of treatment.

• Maintain clinical expertise through ongoing education and training in evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with community resources to enhance holistic support for clients by integrating family dynamics and cultural factors into treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or equivalent (Psy.D) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably within an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
