M&A Attorney / Associate

I am working with a great client of mine, a well respected and growing international law firm, and helping them find a solid M&A Attorney to add to their team. Candidates should have at least three years of M&A transactional experience, have excellent law firm and academic credentials, strong research, writing and interpersonal skills. About the role: Ideal candidates will have experience acting as a mid-level to lead associate on both strategic and financial transactions in connection with public and private M&A, transaction financings and private placements, and have related SEC and corporate practice skills. Cross-border experience is preferred. Such experience should include drafting transaction documents, running diligence processes and supervising both specialist teams and junior associates. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $365,000 – $420,000 .
