Job Description
Pay: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year plus commissions on settlements and verdicts.
We are a well‑established, highly regarded personal injury and mass tort law firm located in Midtown Manhattan. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload from intake through trial.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including trials, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
- Develop case strategy, evaluate claims, and provide clients with exceptional representation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, with proven trial experience.
- Strong courtroom skills and the ability to independently run files.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Admission to practice law in New York.
