Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Salary: $175,000 – $250,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Job Details

• 5+ years of hands‑on plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (medical malpractice a strong plus)
• Active New York bar admission required; New Jersey admission is a bonus
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
• Proven ability to handle motion practice, court appearances, and overall case strategy
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload and working closely with support staff
