Business Development Manager

Carlton National Resources is a national consulting firm that specializes in the contract placement of senior-level consultants in the Medical Device, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceutical industries. Due to growth, we are looking to hire an additional Business Development Manager in our Jupiter Florida office. Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain experience in the consulting and staffing industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will work to explore new business opportunities, seek potential sales prospects, and collaborate closely with our sales team. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow in this dynamic role. This position is fully onsite in our Jupiter office. Compensation consists of base salary plus uncapped commission. Base salary range is negotiable based on experience and past success. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Relations: Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research and networking. Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients. Help present information related to recruiting and staffing services to potential clients. Client & Project Support: Learn about client needs and Carlton National Resources' service offerings and processes. Assist the team in ensuring timely and successful delivery of services that meet client objectives. Help address client requests and resolve escalated issues as needed. Analysis & Reporting: Gain exposure to strategic client acquisition, market analysis, and in-depth client analysis. Assist in maintaining accurate client records in line with Carlton National Resources' standards. Work towards achieving weekly goals under the mentorship of the team. Qualifications: 0-5 years experience. Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a related degree program is preferred. Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. Desire to learn about customer service and business development processes. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Strong listening abilities and effective verbal and written communication skills. We will consider candidates with previous experience in staffing OR entry level candidates looking to begin a career in this space.
