What you can expect as an Inside Business Development Manager Serve as the lead point of contact for agency staff Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting agency relationships Train and develop outside agencies on our products, underwriting processes and system Create strategic annual growth plan for Business Development department and team Collaborate with the outside dedicated Business Development team Work with underwriting and claims staff when needed to assist in conflict resolution Partner with agencies on underwriting, claims, system Report and document all calls in Salesforce Foster relationships with our outside agencies Perform other tasks that are assigned by management—sales projects, preparing reports, sales meetings etc. What we are looking for as an Inside Business Development Manager High School diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate degree preferred and a minimum of 1 year experience and/or training in P&C Insurance; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
