Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager - Public Sector Overview Join our innovative team as a Business Development Manager focusing on the Public Sector, where your expertise will directly contribute to expanding our reach within government agencies. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your knowledge of government procurement processes, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth for cutting-edge identity intelligence solutions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for public sector sales, this opportunity is your next career move. Required Skills Minimum of 4 years of solution sales, business development, or sales experience within the public sector, ideally in technology or data analytics. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Policy, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven success in developing relationships that generate revenue and customer acquisition. Extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and contracting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce. Ability to travel approximately 30% for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Nice to Have Skills Experience with financial services, banking, credit reporting, or related industries. Advanced degree (MBA or similar). Strong network within government or relevant industry sectors. Familiarity with regulatory compliance issues affecting government contracts. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Policy, or related fields. At least 4 years of relevant sales or business development experience in the public sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Other Requirements Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
