Martin County and Highlands County, FL | $100,000–$125,000 + Quarterly Bonus A growing healthcare organization with multiple clinic locations is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across Florida's Treasure Coast. This is a highly visible role responsible for increasing patient volume, expanding community partnerships, and driving both digital and traditional marketing efforts. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute business development strategies to grow patient volume Build relationships with employers to expand occupational health services Partner with physician practices, hospitals, schools, athletic organizations, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and community organizations Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Business Profiles, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media Represent the organization at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs Track marketing performance and identify new opportunities for growth What We’re Looking For: 2–5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, healthcare outreach, or sales Strong networking and relationship-building skills Experience with digital marketing and community engagement Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to travel throughout the Treasure Coast region Benefits: Quarterly Performance Bonus Paid Time OffMileage Reimbursement Professional Development Opportunities If you’re passionate about growing healthcare organizations through strategic marketing and community partnerships, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr HealthSearch Group
