Senior Accounts Payable San Mateo, CA (hybrid) Do you have at least five years of accounts payable experience with experience supporting in fast paced environments? Do you have experience processing a high volume of invoices daily? We are looking for an accounts payable specialist for a new job in San Mateo, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, good excel skills, and be able to thrive in a team environment. If you are interested in more information please apply now! Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Credit card reconciliations
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure proper coding and approvals
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Support audits and provide documentation as needed
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software SAP or NetSuite is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
